Why Take This Course?

What does it mean to be a leader, what or who exactly are you leading, and what would make others want to follow you? There is a great need for clear leadership and yet as complexity and ambiguity in the workplace spiral, the challenges facing leaders in the 21st Century can appear overwhelming.

This course encourages participants to engage with and find their own solutions to some of the fundamental questions facing any leader.  What do you stand for and what are you prepared to lead for?  How do you get others to buy in to you and your vision? How do you create a culture in which your team, department, organisation can thrive? How do you cope when things don?t go to plan?

Leadership starts with leading ourselves and this course looks at how we can better understand and manage our own patterns of behaviour and use that to more effectively manage the behaviour of others.
